Our novel capillary gel electrophoresis sieving matrix for dsDNA fragment analysis is currently being tested. This matrix is designed to be used in any capillary electrophoresis instrument. It offers shorter run times than what you are using now. It has medium viscosity in the 2000-5000 cP range. It also has the advantage of not requiring a coated capillary, which lowers operating costs.
